Jump Start Athletics is a playful, age-appropriate fitness program designed just for ages 2–4. With obstacle courses, motor skill games, and tons of encouragement, little ones build confidence, coordination, and a love for movement. Our coaches create a fun, structured environment where every child is celebrated for trying, exploring, and growing strong—inside and out!

Our Martial Arts program combines high-energy drills with foundational techniques in punching, kicking, blocking, and self-defense. Kids build strength, confidence, and focus—all while having a blast. With a strong emphasis on skill-building and community, our classes help children grow physically, socially, and emotionally in a supportive, empowering environment.

FAQs

Just water and lots of energy! We will provide everything your child will need throughout the season. On the first day, all athletes will receive a training top that we would like them to wear to every session.
Soccer – Players are welcome to bring their own ball (size 3), shinguards and cleats if they want but, none of which is required. Closed toe shoes are a must!
Martial Arts – If a uniform is required, you will be notified upon registering.
Yoga & Mindfulness – Participants are welcome to bring yoga mats. This is optional as we will bring enough for everyone signed up!

Sunday Scrimmage is designed to develop an understandings for the tactics of the game in a controlled environment. Trained coaches will help guide players into proper decision-making, while implementing the technical skills learned in weekly training. To optimize development, opposition should be implemented carefully. Our coaches bring an approach that encourages and motivates, preparing them for the next step in their game, both mentally and physically.

Yes! We love seeing friends learn and play together! Friend requests are an option on the registration form. Fulfilling all requests may not be possible but we will do our best to accommodate! The more flexible you are in days/time, the better the possibility.

We will do our best to analyze forecasts and determine the status of a session at least 2 hours before it’s start time.
By opting in to receiving text messages upon registering, you will be notified via text immediately if a cancellation is necessary. If no message is received, practice is on.
Sessions will usually go on with light rain. If there is lightning or thunder during a session, the coach will send everyone home for their safety. Sessions can only take place if there is no lighting for 30 minutes. If a session was canceled completely or before half way through a practice, participants will be invited to make up the session with an additional week added at the end of the season. There will be up to 2 weeks at the end of the season allotted for make up sessions.
You will be notified via email when a practice is canceled and when it’s make up session will be.
