Refund Policy.

Refunds or credits will not be issued for non attendance at sessions. Refund or credit requests are subject to approval from the Program director and must be submitted via email to kmerc@epsportsacademy.com.

Any approved requests will be given for remaining sessions as a credit for future programming.

Any returned checks or approved refunds will have a $35 administrative fee applied to the balance.

All camps have a no refund policy within 14 days of camp starting. Campers can be transferred to a different week of camp at no cost based on availability. Any approved refunds within 30 days of camp starting are subject to 50% refund. Any approved refunds more than 30 days from the start of camp are subject to a $35 admin fee.
