Junior Leaders
Mentorship Program
A foundation for confidence, connection, and character.
Designed for students 8th -12th grade who want to grow as leaders, teammates, and role models.
Our mission: to develop well-rounded student leaders by integrating athletic mentorship with real world skill building.
Junior Leaders gain hands-on experience in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. They learn how to support younger athletes, manage challenges, and create a positive and inclusive sports environment. This program is designed to strengthen South Austin & Del Valle youth, build bridges across our community, and create opportunities for students to grow into impactful leaders.
